Duties & Responsibilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the relevant Microsoft Office suite.
Proven track record conducting health and safety audits and driving improvement plans in securing OHS compliance within an organisation.
SHEQ Auditor certification is advantageous.
Good relationships with stakeholders and an energetic approach to work.
Detail and process orientated.
Effective administration and organising skills.
Strong analytical capability.
Report writing and presentation skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Best practice knowledge and expertise in the field of Health and Safety.
Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
Gathering, presenting and communicating information.
Working knowledge of all relevant health and safety legislation and frameworks.
Desired Experience & Qualification
NQF 6 Relevant Diploma in Environmental and Safety Management or a related field.
Candidate must have a strong technical background and have good management and leadership skills.
5 Years relevant specialist experience in an OHS or Environmental Safety role is required.
Package & Remuneration
Salary:R20 – R 25K per month
Contract Period – 12 months
