Introduction :
A Sales Support Administrator Vacancy exists for someone with previous experience in a sales support or sales administrative role, for manufacturers or distributors, or suppliers ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical supply industries. The successful applicant should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to applicants who have a related qualification. Duties will include providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and managing customer inquiries; order tracking and updating clients of status; sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; and general administration.
