Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
– Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
– Monitor and control company budgets
– Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
– Manage the financial close process
– Work closely with external auditors on financial audits
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
– Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
– Supervise and mentor junior finance staff

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CA(SA) or CGMA certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related role
– Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– 7 years Supply Chain/Logistics experience
