Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop new recipes and modify existing recipes to meet production, quality, and cost requirements
– Work closely with the RandD team to create innovative and appealing food products
– Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure recipes are accurately followed and meet quality standards
– Conduct testing and evaluation of new products and recipes
– Maintain accurate documentation of all recipes, including ingredients, procedures, and specifications
– Monitor ingredient availability and cost fluctuations to optimize recipe formulations
– Troubleshoot issues with recipes and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in recipe development within the food manufacturing industry
– Strong knowledge of food processing techniques and production processes
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recipe management software
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
– A passion for food and creativity in recipe development
