Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors
– Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
– Manage contract development, approval, execution, and archiving processes
– Monitor contract performance and enforce adherence to terms and conditions
– Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements
– Provide oversight and guidance to contract administrators and legal counsel
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in contract management or procurement
– Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
