Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other third parties
– Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all contracts
– Manage the implementation of contracts throughout the organization
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms are being met
– Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
– Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related matters
– Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management
– Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of contract law and legal requirements
– Proficiency in contract management software
– Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and agreements
