Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
– Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report on progress towards targets to the Sales Director

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the packaging industry
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent relationship-building skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
