Duties & Responsibilities :

Our Client in the Commercial Automotive Industry is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to join their company in the Cape Town area.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in a similar role advantageous
Code 8 license
Matric or higher
Commercial experience
Experience in planning and implementing sales
strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team

Duties:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the Dealer Principal from time to time.

Package & Remuneration :

R20000 – R25000 plus Medical Aid + Provident Fund + Cell Phone Allowance + Fuel
