Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager for their New Vehicle Sales who can take charge of the team and contribute to the dealership’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the New Vehicle Sales Department to achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
Customer Focus: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success.
