Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team as a MINI Vehicle Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate MINI vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, performance, and customization options.
Conduct test drives to showcase the driving experience and build rapport with customers.
Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives.
Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing, and trade-in evaluation.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
Stay up-to-date on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales, specifically MINI.
Passion for automobiles, with a particular interest in the MINI brand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
