Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager who is up for the challenge of managing and grow their service department.

As Workshop Manager, your role involves strategizing and developing the service department for sustained profitability and operational efficiency.


Completion of Grade 12
Proficient technical aptitude
At least 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager
Competency in computer usage
Outstanding interpersonal abilities and prior customer service experience


Lead, develop and motivate staff.
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
Customer care
Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively.
