Duties & Responsibilities :

An opportunity for a Dealership Service Manager has become available in Paarl, Western Cape.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate is required
Valid Drivers License
Computer literate
Clear criminal record
Premium brand experience
Someone young & energetic

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff
Manage service department staff members
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and customer service index.
Managing cost and increasing the profitability of the service and department
