Understanding all workflow aspects of the logistics function
– Multimodal Transport – Air, land (rail and road), sea

– Import, export (hinterland and cross-trade knowledge)

– Containerised, Breakbulk and Out of Gauge knowledge (Import and Export)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
High proficiency and advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in operations.
3 to 5 years working experience as an estimator.
Operational experience.
Good administrative skills.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms.
Experience in freight forwarding industry.
Ability to translate estimates into a scope of work.
Broad range of experience gained from supply chain, logistics, transportation and forwarding.
Good communications skills.
Ability to integrate with team members and a team environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good client interfacing skills
