Duties & Responsibilities
Want to be the next Commercial Head of Product for a technology solution offering users the ability to chat, discover and pay for good and services without having mobile data?
This company that we have partnered with is looking for a Head of Product for their digital wallet that has over 6 million active users!
Need Experience In:
Development, review and refinement of mobile payments growth strategies
Development and roll out of consumer and vendor product enhancement features
Setting vendor team objectives and monitoring delivery
Development and implementation of marketing and communications plans
Refinement and implementation of product pricing models
Teamwork to deliver cross-functional communications
Monitoring and improvement of overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Background: Financial Services
Demonstrable knowledge of the SA payments/Virtual Wallets/Mobile Money
You will be working with their CCO and CTO, and will ensure that their team structure, pricing models and commercial disciplines – including marketing and customer service – are the right ones to deliver very strong growth at an attractive ARPU.
Your role will be focused on South Africa and you will report directly to their CCO.
