The ideal candidate for this position will have:

5+ years of experience in Java development
Strong knowledge of Java 8 or later, including functional programming concepts
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
