How to Check Your Lovedale TVET College Application Status
Visit the Lovedale TVET College website.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under ‘Study at Lovedale’, click on ‘Apply Online’ to access the Lovedale Coltech portal.
Log in with the username and password you used when applying.
Click on ‘Current Applications’ to view your submitted applications and their statuses.
What Your Application Status Means
Pending Verification: Your profile is created and all required documents are uploaded, waiting for college review.
Pending Review: You meet admission requirements and your documents have been approved by a college official.
Provisionally Accepted: Your application has been further approved; check your email and log into the portal to accept the offer within 48 hours.
Pre-Enrolled: You accepted the offer and are ready to register for your chosen program.
Registered: Visit the campus to complete registration and receive proof of registration.
Outstanding Documents: Some required documents (ID, highest grade, proof of residence) are missing or unclear.
Documents Reload: You have re-uploaded missing documents and are waiting for college review.
Cancelled: Application cancelled by the college; check your email for details.
Cancelled Student: Application cancelled by you.
Unsuccessful: Application was not successful; see your email for feedback.
Waiting List: You did not accept the offer within 48 hours and have been moved to the waiting list.
Verified Waiting List: Your application is reviewed but placed on the waiting list due to limited space or further assessment.
