Requirements:
- Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng, BSc(Hons) Eng, N Dip, or B-Tech).

Responsibilities:
- Support in achieving Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR) business objectives.
- Assist the operations team in meeting Asset Capability (AC) goals safely and cost-effectively.
- Provide technical support for daily plant operations.
- Analyze maintenance feedback, identify deviations, and propose improvement opportunities.
- Review plant performance and breakdowns, proposing solutions to improve equipment performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and help preserve the maintenance budget.
- Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop remedial actions.
- Identify, initiate, and implement improvement projects.
- Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.
