Northern Cape Rural TVET College Application Status Guide

Pending Review
You meet the minimum admission requirements, and your documents have been approved by a college official.
Provisionally Accepted
Your application has passed further approval. You will receive an email to accept the offer within 48 hours on the student portal.
Pre-Enrolled
You have accepted your offer to register for a specific program.
Registered
You need to visit the campus to complete your registration. You will then receive proof of registration.
Outstanding Documents
Some required documents are missing, unclear, or incorrect. You must upload certified copies of the following:
South African ID
Copy of your highest school grade passed
Proof of residence
Documents Reload
You have uploaded the missing or corrected documents and your application is awaiting review again.
Cancelled
The college cancelled your application. Check your email for any comments or reasons.
Cancelled Student
You cancelled your own application.
Unsuccessful
Your application was unsuccessful. Refer to the comments section in your email for details.
Waiting List
You didn’t accept your offer within 48 hours and have been moved to the waiting list.
Verified Waiting List
Your application has been reviewed but placed on the waiting list due to limited space or additional academic evaluation.
