Northlink College Application and Tracking Guide

Northlink College is one of South Africa’s 50 TVET colleges, committed to preparing the nation’s future workforce through practical training and skills development. Located in the northern part of Cape Town, Northlink College was formed through the merger of several former colleges, blending theoretical education with practical workplace experience.

How to Apply at Northlink College
If you’re applying for the first time, follow these steps to submit your application online:

Visit the Northlink College Website
Click on the ‘Apply’ tab to start your application.

Agree to Terms
Select ‘No’ on all prompts, then accept the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) clause and click ‘Next’.

Enter Personal Details
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), then click ‘Next’.

Add Next of Kin Details
Provide contact information for your next of kin, then click ‘Next’.

Submit Academic Results
Enter your academic results — exclude Life Orientation results — and click ‘Next’.

Provide Educational Background
Add details about your previous educational institutions, then click ‘Next’.

Select Your Programme
Choose the programme you’re applying for, then click ‘Next’.

Review Application
Verify all your information on the summary page and click ‘Continue’ if correct.

Create Login Credentials
Create a five-digit PIN and accept the rules and agreement. Click ‘Submit Application’.

Receive Confirmation
You will get an email with your student number and PIN — these are your login details for the iEnabler Northlink account.

Upload Supporting Documents
Log into your account and upload certified copies of required documents. After uploading, click ‘Complete Upload’.

Finalize Application
After confirmation, click ‘Exit’ to finish your application.

Note: If the application link isn’t working, applications may be closed. Check back when applications reopen.

How to Track Your Northlink College Application Status
To stay updated on your application progress:

Log in to iEnabler
Use your student number and PIN to access your Northlink student portal.

Check Application Progress
Your application status will be visible on the portal any time after submission.

Response Time
Expect a response roughly 4 to 8 weeks after the application closing date.
