Learnership Details

This program is structured to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the packaging process within a leading global company.

What to Expect:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a participant, you will:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform quality tests to ensure products meet Coca-Cola’s standards.
• Handle beverages carefully during the packaging process.
• Operate various types of packaging machinery.
• Monitor production processes and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and report production data.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Participate in health and safety training.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Completed National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF Level 3
• South African citizen
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (Maths Literacy not accepted)
• Must be an Employment Equity candidate
• Unemployed at the time of appointment
• Age between 18-35 years

Advantageous:

• N5/N6 qualifications

Additional Information

• Candidates must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company.
