How to Track Your Northern Cape Rural TVET College Application Status
Visit the College website.
Click ‘Apply Now’ in the top menu, then click the ‘Apply Now’ button to go to the Coltech portal.
Log in using the details you created during your application.
Click ‘Current Applications’ to view your submitted application status.
What the Statuses Mean:
Pending Verification: Your profile is created, documents uploaded, waiting for college review.
Pending Review: Documents approved; you meet minimum admission requirements.
Provisionally Accepted: Second-level approval done; you will get an email to accept the offer within 48 hours.
Pre-Enrolled: You accepted the offer and are ready to register for your program.
Registered: Visit campus to complete registration and receive proof of registration.
Outstanding Documents: Some required documents are missing, unclear, or incorrect (ID, highest grade, proof of residence).
Documents Reload: You uploaded missing documents and are awaiting review.
Cancelled: Application cancelled by college; check email for details.
Cancelled Student: Application cancelled by you.
Unsuccessful: Application was not successful; check email for feedback.
Waiting List: You didn’t accept your offer within 48 hours and have been moved to the waiting list.
Verified Waiting List: Application reviewed but moved to waiting list due to limited space or further evaluation.
