Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR) business goals and assist the operations team in meeting Asset Capability (AC) objectives safely and cost-effectively.
- Provide technical support for daily plant operations.
- Analyze maintenance inspection feedback, address deviations, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Review weekly plant performance, breakdowns, and equipment call-outs to propose solutions for performance improvement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and help preserve the maintenance budget.
- Assist in developing maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop remedial actions.
- Identify, initiate, and implement improvement projects.
- Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.
