Vuselela TVET College – Apprenticeship Opportunity

Vuselela TVET College invites unemployed candidates who meet the qualifications to apply for a 36-month apprenticeship in the Occupational Certificate: Solar Photovoltaic Service Technician NQF Level 5 (SPVT).

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • An NQF Level 4 qualification with Mathematics, which includes:
    • Grade 12 with Mathematics
    • NC(V) Level 4 with Mathematics
    • N3 Certificate with Mathematics
    • Any other NQF Level 4 qualification that includes Mathematics
• Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens.

Candidates should be willing and available to undergo structured training, deployment, and a rotation program at any approved workplace, leading to qualification as a solar technician. Training will be conducted at the Matlosana Skills Centre located at Plot 120, OR Tambo Street, Klerksdorp.

• A copy of your Identity Document
• Proof of address

Note: Applications missing any of the required documents will not be considered.

Due to the nature of the qualification, candidates will undergo various assessments, including fitness tests, working at heights assessments, and color blindness tests.
