Before you can write the National Benchmark Tests, you must complete the registration process. Here’s everything you need to know:

What You Need to Register
To register, make sure you have the following:

Your ID or passport – You’ll need to enter your ID/passport number during registration.

A valid and unique email address – This is how you’ll receive updates and important information about your test.

Before You Book a Test Date
Before selecting your test date, check the application deadlines of the universities you’re applying to.
Not all programmes require NBTs, so confirm this on the university’s website or by reviewing the specific faculty’s admission requirements.

How to Register
If the NBTs are required for your chosen programme:

Register online by booking a test date through the official NBT website.

After booking, you’ll receive a registration confirmation letter.

An EasyPay barcode will be generated—this is needed to pay your test fee.

Once you click ‘submit’, you can print your registration letter and barcode.

Making Payment
