How to Log Into UJ uLink Portal
What is uLink?
uLink is UJ’s online student portal where you can access course registration, timetables, grades, financial info, library resources, and more — all in one place.

Steps to Access uLink:
Go to the official uLink site: https://ulink.uj.ac.za/

Enter your ID number (or student number)

Enter your password

Click Login

Features Available on uLink
Course registration, adding/dropping modules

View timetables and exam schedules

Check academic records and grades

Access Learning Management System (Blackboard or Moodle)

Manage personal info and contact details

View and pay tuition or accommodation fees

Access library resources

View university announcements and news

How to Reset Your Password
If you forget your uLink password or need to reset it:

Visit: https://ulink.uj.ac.za/views/reset/Reset1

For students: Enter your student number and ID or passport number

For staff: Enter your username (first half of your UJ email) and staff number

Follow the prompts to reset your password
