According to Unisa’s website, a year module is a module offered over an extended period, typically from March to October. The primary examination takes place in October/November, with supplementary exams scheduled for January/February.

Students are given up to two examination opportunities per academic year, provided they meet the criteria for an aegrotat, supplementary, or special exam, along with payment of the applicable fee.
