Step 1: Create Your University Number
Go to NWU’s online application platform.
Click on “Application Login”.
Select “Create a new student number”.
Complete the required fields to receive your student number.
Step 2: Log In
Use your new student number and the PIN you created to log in.
Keep your student number and PIN safe; you will need them to track your application and for future university use.
Step 3: Select Your Program
Fill in all required fields in the application.
Use NWU’s yearbooks to explore details about qualifications, delivery methods, and curricula.
Utilize the Interest Index tool to explore career options that match your interests.
Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents
For Undergraduate Applications:
Final Grade 12 results, Grade 11 final results, or a copy of your matric certificate.
If improving Grade 12 results, you must submit improved results later.
If following Cambridge, GED, or other curricula, or seeking exemption based on age/post-school qualifications, provide a USAf exemption certificate.
Copy of your ID.
Copy of your academic record (if applicable).
Additional Documents for International Applicants:
Copy of relevant academic results.
Copy of your passport.
Information on fees payable.
For Postgraduate Applications:
Copy of your ID.
Copy of your academic record (if applicable).
Additional documents for international applicants similar to undergrad requirements.
