May 31, 2025: Closing date for applications to the Faculty of Veterinary Science

June 30, 2025: Closing date for all other undergraduate programmes

Visit the University of Pretoria website

Click on ‘Start The Application Process’

Fill in your personal and academic details as required

Review your application carefully

Once you are sure everything is complete, click the ‘I have completed the application’ button

Click on ‘Return’ to finalize your submission

How To Track Your UP Application:
Visit the UP website

Navigate to ‘Study’ > ‘Apply’

Click on ‘Application Status’

Follow the provided link to the tracking portal

Log in with your application credentials

View your application status and any outstanding requirements

After You Apply
Once your application is submitted, you will receive further communication from UP. This includes instructions on how to access your Student Centre via the UP Student Portal, where you can:
