Registration period:

New students: 10 January 2024 – 2 February 2024

Returning students: 10 January 2024 – 9 February 2024

Mode: Online via UWC Student Portal

Assisted registration: Available for certain faculties/programmes

How to Register at UWC
Accept your offer within 3 days to secure your place.

Pay registration and upfront fees.

Log in to the UWC Student Portal with your Student Number and SA ID or Passport number.

Click “Select modules for registration” on the portal main menu.

Verify your personal details; if incorrect, contact the Contact Centre.

Select Compulsory and Elective modules (if applicable).

Validate module selections and edit if needed.

Review costs per module and overall fees.

Accept the terms and conditions.

Upload a certified copy of your SA ID or Passport.

Collect your student card on campus once registered.

Important Notes
Late registrations will not be accepted without permission from the relevant Faculty.

Proof of registration and timetable will be emailed once registration is complete.

First semester starts on 12 February 2024.
