Certified copy of your highest qualification

Grade 12 learners: certified copy of Grade 11 final results plus June or September Grade 12 results

Proof of residential address of parent/guardian or a municipal account

For applicants with disabilities: Proof of disability or medical certificate

Note: Certified copies must not be older than 3 months.

If you are NSFAS-funded, include your NSFAS reference number in the application.
