Duties & Responsibilities :

Main job function

Well known security equipment supplier needs a sales manager with experience in sales management in the security industry

Must be from the electronic security industry.
Must have track record managing sales team of 4+ years.
Manage their KPIs on a weekly basis to ensure the achievement of targets.
Monitor the sales teams expectations daily, coach and guide to success.
Must be able to deliver the regional target through his/her sales team by delivering client value.
Be able to onboard new clients and hand to his or her sales team members.
Own relationship with Top 30 existing clients per branch which there are 2 x branches Boksburg and Edenvale.
80% time spent on external client visits alone and with sales team members, augmenting deals and building relationships with clients.
Responsible for HR function to all sales staff including recruitment of staff.
Working with the business development team in marketing to ensure customer depth for each salesperson’s dealer base to ensure they hit their targets.
Ensure all feedback required from the sales team is completed timeously and update of customer details to marketing.
Manage pipeline to 80% success close rate.
Ensure the company’s value-added services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels.
Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sales KPI reviews & monthly dealer base reviews were conducted for each sales staff member.

Package & Remuneration :

R 420 000 p.a.
