Duties & Responsibilities :

Main job functions

Onsite and Remote end-user support for all desktop devices for the staff situated at remote sites.
Ability to be a primary resource for IT projects at the site.
Be required to travel to remote sites to support users or complete projects.
First-line support for telephony services and smartphones.
Preparation and installation of end-user devices such as desktops, notebooks and headsets.
Logging of all incidents and requests on behalf of staff and management
Be a single point of contact for the staff for any IT-related issues, escalations or IT-related consulting.
Skilled in understanding applications within the environment, Networking Infrastructure management, Server management (MS Server 2016/SQL Server), Domain Management (DC and G Suite), Firewall Administration and IT Procurement, Multi Level backups.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Qualifications

● Minimum qualification, Matric

● N+ / A+ / MCSE Advantageous

● 2 – 4 years’ experience in a IT technician / Administrator role

● Install and Maintain Networks

● Previous experience in the retail / FMCG industries (adv)

● Proficient in systems, especially in Excel / Sheets.

● Good customer service skills

● Must have driver’s license and own vehicle

● Willing to work after hours and weekends

● Strong Admin background

● Exceptional problem-solving skill.

● Thorough, precise and accurate.

● Must be able to work under pressure.
