Duties & Responsibilities :

TEAM / SITE LEADER / BUILDING INDUSTRY (Overseeing all refurbishments)

Johannesburg South

R17 300 ctc per month

Oversee all refurbishments to modular units (containers)

Must have sound technical skills in respect of unit refurbishments
(plumbing, electrical, general building skills etc)

Work to budget and time targets

Generate progress reports – record, monitor and report on all
operational efficiencies

Manage contractors in respect of all refurbishments

Stock control

Planning. Accountability for Health and Safety / Quality control

Matriculated essential, Qualification in Operations (or similar) – valid
drivers license
