Duties & Responsibilities

The role will be a Human Capital Generalist role with a specialized focus in IR/ER.
The IR/ER specialization will involve attending internal and external disputes as the internal expert in this area.
Minimizing internal disputes through ER management.
Developing ER/IR/Employment Law training material based on identified needs.
Coordinating and managing IR/ER training via train-the-trainer method through other HR Practitioners in the business.
Litigating from CCMA to Labour Court when necessary.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant legal qualification.
Admitted Attorney.
Must have experience in dealing with labour matters.
Minimum 2 years experience dealing with mattters and representing companies at the CCMA & Labour Court.
