Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process for the mining operations in Limpopo
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
Conduct training and development programs to help improve employee skills and performance
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
Support performance management programs and conduct performance reviews
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the mining industry
Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Benefits:
Salary: R400k – R500k
