Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting and processing claims feedback from dealers, handling quality claims according to procedures.
- Responsible for claims cost analysis, budget application, warranty payment management.
- Responsible for improving the warranty claim process and training dealers.
- Responsible for updating the warranty claim policy.
- Responsible for collecting and forwarding the quality problem information to quality department and give feedback from dealers.
- Responsible for collecting quality claim information from dealers and submit claims to suppliers.
- Responsible for dealership warranty claim auditing regularly, submit audit plan, execute the plan and make the audit report.
- Responsible for checking and guiding dealers to improve the quality control and warranty service level.
- Responsible for collecting the warranty data and make analysis report.
- Identify problems with warranty work and provide improvement solution.
Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in Business Management related field
5years experience in automotive warranty administration/coordination
- Knowledge in automotive structure or major in technical technology.
- Have logical thinking and analytical thinking mind
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork ability
- Past experience in other automotive manufacturer in related work will be added advantage
