Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting and processing claims feedback from dealers, handling quality claims according to procedures.
  • Responsible for claims cost analysis, budget application, warranty payment management.
  • Responsible for improving the warranty claim process and training dealers.
  • Responsible for updating the warranty claim policy.
  • Responsible for collecting and forwarding the quality problem information to quality department and give feedback from dealers.
  • Responsible for collecting quality claim information from dealers and submit claims to suppliers.
  • Responsible for dealership warranty claim auditing regularly, submit audit plan, execute the plan and make the audit report.
  • Responsible for checking and guiding dealers to improve the quality control and warranty service level.
  • Responsible for collecting the warranty data and make analysis report.
  • Identify problems with warranty work and provide improvement solution.

Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in Business Management related field

5years experience in automotive warranty administration/coordination

  1. Knowledge in automotive structure or major in technical technology.
  2. Have logical thinking and analytical thinking mind
  3. Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork ability
  4. Past experience in other automotive manufacturer in related work will be added advantage
