Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Acquire knowledge and comprehension of customized NetSuite solutions
Provide high-quality and expert financial systems support to the clients community
Persistently work towards enhancing service, processes, and utilization of finance systems
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in providing support for finance systems is required, with a bonus if you have experience with NetSuite
Being able to effectively collaborate with remote team members is crucial, as the team is spread across multiple locations
Strong expertise in finance transactional processing
Experience in a finance operational position
Excellent attention to detail
Computer literate and strong technical skills

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in relevant IT qualifications
