Qualifications:

Completed Honours degree In B.com Accounting /CA(SA)
Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
Minimum 5-8 years working experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in financial reporting,audit ,tax and consolidations
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, South African GAAP and local tax regulations

Job description:

Provide payroll support and processing of employees’ pay in Sage payroll
Generate accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including various reconciliations as required
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure completeness.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure completeness and accuracy.
Work closely with subsidiaries and business units to gather financial data for consolidation purposes.
Manage the consolidation process for the organisation and our clients ensuring accurate reporting of consolidated financial statements.
Coordinate and lead the external audit process,liasing with auditors and the American counterparts to provide necessary documentation and expectation
Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT/PAYE/CIT) ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Stay abreast of changes in South African tax regulations and ensure company’s compliance

Package & Remuneration :

R 750 000 – R 850 000 – Annually
