Their innovative platform is designed to enhance collaboration and partnership, making communication not only seamless but also profitable and enjoyable The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in empowering schools to thrive through strong connections and successful partnerships.
Research target clients across Switzerland.
Generate new leads and establish suitable points of contact.
Engage with decision-makers at prospective clients and build strong relationships daily.
Create, execute, and manage Outbound Sales and Business Development campaigns.
Effectively manage sales pipeline within your designated region.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR at least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of the Sales process.
Experience with CRM software or similar platform (Advantageous).
Prior B2B sales success (Advantageous).
Robust interpersonal skills.
Self-starter and quick learner.
Excellent communication skills.
Determination to reach targets.
Organizational and reporting skills.
Reliable and punctual.
