Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client specializes in assisting global businesses, functioning across numerous data centres and catering to users situated in diverse geographic locations. They strategically plan, execute, and supervise international projects that extend across four continents and encompass over 190 countries. Currently, they are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist aligned with a specific service offering within the CEE business unit. This role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional sales administration services within the designated service offering.
DUTIES:
Communicates and consults with prospective and existing clients
Resolves client queries and concerns
Processes quotes and generates orders
Processes Renewals
Reporting
Sends renewal quote to customers and proactively follows up on the quotes to ensure the customer renews with the company.
Provides weekly and accurate opportunity management reports containing information on opportunities due to close and anticipated gross profit
Co-ordinates and collates all information required for proposals and bids
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or equivalent secondary education.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
Experience using Sage X3 ERP
+ 3 years’ experience within a similar role
IT background within a hardware or software environment
Resolution management
Data interpretation
Fluent in English
Customer relations skills: ability to understand and comprehend customer concerns and requirements
A desire for continuous learning and career development
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
