Duties & Responsibilities

ICT Field technicians provide field assistance in network maintenance, network build and CPE installations and faults.

The effective execution of tasks related to implementing network infrastructure and services and its ongoing maintenance. This includes undertaking works in all provinces on company’s national footprint.
The role requires work to be performed during business and non-business hours as required due to the nature of the scheduled and unscheduled works required by company as a 24/7/365 Telecommunications company.
