Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Establish a Lean Portfolio Office
Facilitate an iterative planning process
Develop and facilitate execution framework and ensure common understanding to improve execution & delivery
Leand Business case services
Reporting Services
Resource management where applicable
Transformation management to get the organization to embrace a common theme
Change Management services
Promote a culture of end-to-end delivery and accountability with delivery leads
Ability to translate strategy into a portfolio of work and ultimately execution into facilitation
Manage and facilitate a process to manage resource and budgetary constraints

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Senior-level experience preferably in financial services
Ability to translate strategy and execution into frameworks and best practices to ensure a high level of confidence in success
Experienced in running and or establishing a portfolio office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Lean or Agile certifications are a plus.
