Duties & Responsibilities :
Must have B. Com Degree: HR Management or related. Must have relevant Legislation knowledge (BCEA, Labour Relations & EEA). The role involves handling industrial relations, managing performance, recruitment, training (soft skills), employee benefits, organizational structures & policies, and general HR admin. Successful candidates can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from factory shop stewards to executive level. Sound judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to tolerate stress is necessary.
