Duties & Responsibilities

Solution selling in various business sectors of OT, Industrial software, industrial automation, instrumentation and control.
Client Meetings and engagement
Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) lead and Opportunity management
Building and executing Account Plans
Managing own performance of forecasting and budgets vs actuals
Company presentations and software technology presentations
Prepare formal quotations and proposals.
Achieve BU sales targets.
Cross Sell solutions.
Maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships.
Maintain a high level of competency in the products that you specialize in.
Research and introduce new technologies for all employees and management.
Assist with marketing activities like Conferences, Breakfasts, and Golf Days etc…
Prepare and present on the Process Automation Solutions products at marketing events.
Adhere to the relevant ISO procedures and policies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Qualification Essential Competency
  • NDip (Diploma) in Engineering or Computer and information Science, minimum
  • Additional Sales Training, diploma and/or certificate(s) will be advantages.

Qualification preferred education and experience

Degree in Engineering discipline
Further management studies in process or completed.

At least 5 years’ experience in solution selling and customer facing skill set.
Product specific training/certifications on Industrial Automation, Control and Instrumenation.
Good knowledge and experience in the operational technology (OT) domain and in industry type solution selling.
Oil & Gas, Mining & Cement, Automotive, Food & Beverage.
