Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
Perform risk assessment and develop audit plans
Conduct fieldwork, review work papers, and analyze financial statements
Identify and communicate audit findings to management
Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Maintain and cultivate client relationships
Stay current on industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification preferred
3+ years of audit experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
