Job Description


Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company
Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties
Stay informed about industry best practices and legal trends


LLB degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal department
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
