Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s financial records and transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
Reconcile bank and credit card statements every month
Process payroll and ensure all taxes are paid on time
Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports
Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct regular audits of financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to management as needed
Processing of VAT returns and e-filing

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Pastel Experience
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
