Job Description


Manage all facility-related services and vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
Manage building renovation and construction projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and control facility operating costs within the allocated budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external contractors.
Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities team to ensure that objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
