Job Description


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving company objectives


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the PPE, Paper, or Cleaning Chemicals industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Knowledge of the Gauteng market and customer base
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
