Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the Tender team, analyzing customer requirements and proposing solutions based on the product portfolio.
Engage in all proposal phases, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to customer specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and project management departments for project-specific inputs.
Demonstrate accountability and responsibility in a hybrid work environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team culture.


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering within industrialized and/or commercial environments, preferably in Renewable Energy.
Prior experience in pre-sales or sales roles would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of contracts, including legal compliance and terms and conditions.
Familiarity with Solar PV or BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) is desirable but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels.
Proactive and driven individual with a “make-it-happen” work ethic.
South African Citizenship, Clear Criminal Record, Valid Driver’s License

Key Duties:

Support team members in sales activities, including developing client proposals and pitch mechanics.
Deliver sales presentations to clients, including designing and developing presentations.
Enhance negotiations and assist in contract closing by providing technical support to the Sales Team.
Coordinate with clients, external professionals, and consultants as necessary.
Clearly articulate technical capabilities of products and conduct technical demonstrations.
Generate quotes and sales proposals on behalf of the Sales Team.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue leads.
Accompany sales representatives throughout the sales process, from RFI/RFP to contract negotiation and closure.
